Ice prints 

My primary works are all printmaking related, but I am not interested to create any multiples. I feel like my works start to get alive after printing. My print on ice start to get interesting when it melts.  All are intrinsically tied to the intended meaning of the work, yet at the same time can convey multiple levels of interpretation.  The 'Ephemeron' explores this shifting state and the many ways each work grows or changes contributing to the overall message. My work uses the concept of ephemera to convey the finished piece of work matters less than the process it took to create it. Each work grows in time, decays and leaves a trace memory – all are integral parts of a cycle and the basis for deeper engagement. The intent is to examine memory in relation to the ephemeral, materiality and the visual image.

It is hard to let you go

This is a print on ice of my uncle who has serious heart conditions. I took this photo the last time I saw him. Covid separated me from my family in Hungary, I hope I will have a chance to see him next time when I go back.
